Initial scope & requirements

The initial release targets Steam games on 64-bit Linux. Metrics and instant replay require compatible AMD hardware. Instant replay also requires a GPU and driver with Vulkan video encoding support.

Redunar may not work with every game or system configuration. Report compatibility issues or contribute through pull requests in the Redunar repository.
